A simple composite involves placing one image into another, for example replacing a can in a complete scene of a picnic table. A complex composite involves multiple images for example placing all of the elements of a picnic onto an empty table. The benefit of a more complex composite is that you can make it be whatever you want! We can even change the color, mood, lighting of a complex composite to match your needs. And you can create multiple crops from the one final image, delivering multiple assets. But it is a lot more work, so we equate 3 simple composites to one complex one when it comes to pricing.

A simple stop motion is typically 5 frames or less and either loops or boomerangs. A complex stop motion can have up to 30 frames! The motion is much smoother and more intriguing so you can tell more of a story with the image. We generally have a three week process once you’ve completed your discovery session. But the timeline can move faster than that if you give us feedback quickly!
Prior to your discovery call we will need you to answer some questions and give us creative direction. We also ask that you send us your product this week if that is part of the project you selected. Then you can book your discovery call!
Week One you make your style selection based on ideas presented in the discovery call and our team gets to work.
Week Two you will see your creative content and be able to make any revisions on them.
Week Three we make any edits and send you a final approval.
If all of the approvals move swiftly, then we send you the final deliverables!

Polished product photography makes your brand stand out and shows your customers the quality you are offering. Plus when you hire us to do your high end retouching, we are able to save the layers created to turn images into other composites and gifs that offer you more options than standard editing! That’s why we only do high level retouching, we take pride in the quality of our work and we want to give you the most bang for your buck. Once your project is officially approved, we will not be able to make changes without additional charges. So please be sure that you’re happy with the results when you complete approval. Or if you were happy with the work and want to do more, you can put us on a weekly, monthly or quarterly retainer and get our help more consistently at a lower price!

Yes! We will share more detailed information with you once you book a consultation call. We wait to send it to you once we’ve discussed your needs so that you’re not overwhelmed with options.

You can make any revision requests after the initial review delivery. Any additional notes added after final approval may require additional fees. 

We will happily ship anything back you need with tracking. You will be charged shipping costs with your final invoice if so.

Yes, we have add ons for each package including additional stop motion, photography, composites and even models and special locations.

A delivery download link will be sent to you upon completion. You will need to download these files and save them to your system. We only guarantee file archival for 6 months after project completion.

Yes! For most packages, half of payment is due at booking, and the other half is due later in the project completion. You can also pay in full at the start. If you need another option, please reach out. These payment plans do not apply to our Value Crafted options since we start work on those immediately after you order.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions please reach out and we can answer them before you purchase. But we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with our services!
