What is the difference between a simple and complex composite?
It’s all dependent on what you’re trying to accomplish! Are you looking for a dynamic image that captures attention or are you just looking for a simple way to show your product in different settings?
Simple Composite
A simple composite involves placing one image into another, for example replacing a can in a complete scene of a picnic table.
This option is great for brands looking to save money on their photoshoot and instead of have their product placed into various scenes in post. It’s also a good fit for products that come in a variety of color ways so that you can show each option in the same set up.
Complex Composite
A complex composite involves multiple images for example placing all of the elements of a picnic onto an empty table.
The benefit of a more complex composite is that you can make it be whatever you want! We can even change the color, mood, lighting of a complex composite to match your needs. And you can create multiple crops from the one final image, delivering multiple assets. But it is a lot more work, so we equate 3 simple composites to one complex one when it comes to pricing.
