Crafted in 2022 for a local dance studio’s spring showcase, this poster encapsulates the theme of “overcoming” following a challenging year amid the pandemic. Amber skillfully captured a photograph of the dancers outside their studio, seamlessly integrating them into a composited scene symbolizing teamwork and resilience. We then reworked the design focusing on a show title of “Through the Storm”. The typography, depicting the storm, reinforces the message. Beyond the poster, our creative endeavors extended to a captivating video for the showcase’s commencement and an illustrated rendition of the graphic, adorning merchandise for the dancers.
