This package is for dance studios interested in having their entire studio photographed for their upcoming showcase. You can choose from a number of backdrop set ups including white, black, or colorful gels! There’s no cost to studio owners, we sell prints and digital downloads directly to the families & participants, which are now available until December to purchase. We also offer mini sessions to any families who are unable to make it to Photo Day so that they can still enjoy the memories!
All we need from you is to share the initial flyer with your dance families, we take care of the rest of the communication to make it easy for you.

1. We Come to Your Studio
- Setup: Large; accommodates up to 30 dancers. We can also arrange for 2 set ups simultaneously for studios with a lot of dancers.
- Responsibilities: Inform families, provide shooting space, organize shoot schedule, assist with dancer management.
- Ideal for: Studios wanting group and individual shots, willing to assist with organization.
- Timing: Full-day, during or outside class hours.
- Benefits: Digital downloads of any images desired from the shoot. Great marketing tool.
2. Drop-in Rehearsal Set Up
- Setup: Small; for 1-3 dancers, vertical shots. No large groups. We can also arrange for 2 set ups simultaneously for studios with a lot of dancers.
- Responsibilities: Inform families, provide shooting space.
- Ideal for: Studios seeking effortless marketing photos, suitable for studios with back-to-back rehearsals.
- Timing: During rehearsals, set up in lobby.
- Benefits: Minimal effort! Digital downloads of any images desired from the shoot. Enhances marketing with little effort.
3. Hassle Free Plus Commission
- Setup: Medium; up to 10 dancers.
- Responsibilities: Inform families.
- Ideal for: Studios looking for a no-effort solution and potential to earn.
- Timing: Scheduled in one day at our Lakewood studio.
- Benefits: Earn 15% commission on bookings or choose to recieve digital photos for marketing. No scheduling or management needed and you don’t need to attend!
Updates to Our Shooting Process
We are now using a platform called Photo Day to manage our photoshoots, and here are some important process updates to consider.
- Parents will need to prepay for the shoot if they are participating. It’s a $30 fee for one session and $10 for each additional session. This is NOT an additional cost! Whatever they prepay will be a credit on their account toward their photo purchase. *This helps us track how many shoots we need to account for each day and add additional sets if needed.
- Our galleries are now private, meaning each parent will have a unique code to access just their child’s photos! This should help so they’re not scrolling through trying to find which photos are theirs, and it will include all of the group shots they are in as well!
- Our new galleries offer prints and digital download options, and photos are available through December! Pricing is listed below.
- We also have the option of running 2 sets at once, which will help us all move faster on shoot day and less wait time for families!
- There are no longer any minimums for studios to participate! We’ve removed this requirement since we now implement prepay, which will help us track the number of participants. That way, we can set our schedule accordingly without wasting time.
- We are offering mini-sessions (at our Denver/Lakewood location) to families who cannot participate on your scheduled shoot day! This is no additional work for you; they will contact us to schedule it. And you can still use these photos for your studio’s marketing if you’d like any of them!
- We also have a quicker turnaround with this new workflow, so photos will be available within a week!

Early Bird Photo Pricing
This pricesheet outlines the costs for all of our options for purchasing by families. This is also shared with them on their informational page (linked in the flyer above). We picked the most affordable printing options available, and we are offing this pricing for 45 days after your shoot. After the 45 days pricing will increase 15% but their photos will still be available until the gallery expires in December, which they will be notified about.
