Pricing depends on the project scope. After discussing your needs, I’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your vision. We do have set pricing, but we put together custom quotes for each client based on their needs and offer options that fit their goals.

Yes! For most packages, half of payment is due at booking, and the other half is due later in the project completion. You can also pay in full at the start. If you need another option, please reach out. These payment plans do not apply to our entry-level projects and Semi-Custom Templates since we start work on those immediately after you order.
Yes! We work with clients globally. Many projects, such as retouching, design, and illustration, can be completed remotely. And if you can ship us product then we can do photography for you as well.
For most projects, we have a 10-business-day turnaround, though websites and book covers can sometimes take longer. Most of it depends on how quickly you can offer us feedback on the work so we can complete revisions and deliver finals.
If you need a faster turnaround, we can sometimes offer a rush fee to complete it on time. Contact us to find out more; we are always quick to respond!
We typically have 3 review sessions before finals are delivered. Any additional notes added after final approval may require additional fees. This is to ensure your project is progressing. Don’t worry, most clients don’t even need the third phase of reviews since we are so thorough from the start!
Once your project is officially approved, we cannot make changes without additional charges. So please ensure you’re happy with the results when you complete approval. If you need additional changes after that, contact us to get a price estimate.
If you are satisfied with the work and want to do more, you can put us on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly retainer and get our help more consistently at a lower price!
A delivery download link will be sent to you upon completion. You will need to download these files and save them to your system. We only guarantee file archival for 6 months after project completion.
Polished product photography makes your brand stand out and shows your customers the quality you are offering. Plus when you hire us to do your high end retouching, we are able to save the layers created to turn images into other composites and gifs that offer you more options than standard editing! That’s why we only do high level retouching, we take pride in the quality of our work and we want to give you the most bang for your buck. You can see some examples of the difference between standard and high end retouching here.
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future projects within 6 months. We understand that life happens and we want to work with you, so just reach out if you have a specific concern and we will figure out a solution.
Due to the nature of digital file delivery, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions please reach out and we can answer them before you purchase. But we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with our services!
Yes, gift certificates are available and make a great present for creatives or professionals in need of updated visuals.
