Yes! We work with clients globally. Many projects, such as retouching, design, and illustration, can be completed remotely. And if you can ship us product then we can do photography for you as well.
We generally have a 2-3 week process once you’ve completed your discovery session. But the timeline can move faster than that if you give us feedback quickly!
Before your discovery call, we will need you to answer some questions and give us creative direction. We also ask that you send us your product immediately if that is part of your selected project. Then, you can book your discovery call!
Once your project is officially approved, we will not be able to make changes without additional charges. So please be sure that you’re happy with the results when you complete approval. Or if you were happy with the work and want to do more, you can put us on a weekly, monthly or quarterly retainer and get our help more consistently at a lower price!
You can make any revision requests after the initial review delivery. Any additional notes added after final approval may require additional fees.
Yes, we have add ons for each package including additional stop motion, photography, composites and even models and special locations.
A delivery download link will be sent to you upon completion. You will need to download these files and save them to your system. We only guarantee file archival for 6 months after project completion.
Yes! For most packages, half of payment is due at booking, and the other half is due later in the project completion. You can also pay in full at the start. If you need another option, please reach out. These payment plans do not apply to our Semi-Custom Package options since we start work on those immediately after you order.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions please reach out and we can answer them before you purchase. But we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with our services!

Polished product photography makes your brand stand out and shows your customers the quality you are offering. Plus when you hire us to do your high end retouching, we are able to save the layers created to turn images into other composites and gifs that offer you more options than standard editing! That’s why we only do high level retouching, we take pride in the quality of our work and we want to give you the most bang for your buck. You can see some examples of the difference between standard and high end retouching here.
A simple composite involves placing one image into another, for example replacing a can in a complete scene of a picnic table. A complex composite involves multiple images for example placing all of the elements of a picnic onto an empty table. The benefit of a more complex composite is that you can make it be whatever you want! We can even change the color, mood, lighting of a complex composite to match your needs. And you can create multiple crops from the one final image, delivering multiple assets. But it is a lot more work, so we equate 3 simple composites to one complex one when it comes to pricing.
Yes, we offer professional retouching services for existing photos. I’ll ensure they align with your brand’s aesthetic.
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future projects within 6 months.
Yes, gift certificates are available and make a great present for creatives or professionals in need of updated visuals.
