How much do your services cost?

We provide custom quotes tailored to your needs, so you’re never overwhelmed with options. Most projects fall within our package ranges, but we’ll talk through your goals and budget before sending any quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Most projects can be split into two payments—half at booking, half at completion. For larger scopes or ongoing work, we can create a custom plan that works for you.

Do you offer retainer pricing for ongoing work?

Absolutely. Our On-Call Creative retainers offer:

Do I need to know what I want before starting?

Not at all. Part of our process is helping you uncover what fits best. You’ll answer a few discovery questions, and we’ll guide you with strategy and visuals that align with your goals. Whether you're starting from scratch or refreshing an existing brand, our packages meet you where you are.

How do I book a session or project?

Simply fill out the contact form, and we’ll respond within 48 hours to discuss your needs and schedule a consult.

What if I'm not ready yet?

No problem! While you’re thinking things through, feel free to check out our Small Start options or get on our list to stay connected.

Can I book now but start later?

Yes! Booking now secures current pricing. You’ll fill out an intake form and let us know your ideal start time—even if that’s a month or two out.

Logistics & Expectations

How long will the process take?

Turnaround varies by project, because great branding takes time to breathe. Most design work wraps within 10 business days, while websites, books, or complex shoots may take longer depending on revisions and your response time. Our timelines are built in your favor—not ours—so we can create the best possible outcome without putting unnecessary pressure on your brand. If you’re on a tighter schedule, rush options are available—just ask!

How many revisions do I get?

Most packages include three structured review rounds. We rarely need all three, but we build in space to fine-tune. Additional changes after final approval may incur added fees. But we honor our promises to help you, so we do everything we can to avoid this.

How will I receive my images or files?

You’ll receive a download link to access your final files. Please save them to your system—we archive completed projects for up to 6 months.

Do you work with clients outside Colorado?

Yes! We work with clients nationwide and welcome global projects. Design, retouching, and illustration are done remotely, and we can create photo and video work if you ship us your product.

What if I need more help later?

After final delivery, we can always support you with additional design or updates. Contact us for a quote or ask about ongoing support through a retainer.

What’s your policy on refunds, cancellations, and changes?

Because our work is custom, all payments are non-refundable once your project begins. That said, if you need to pause, we’re flexible—just let us know, and we’ll reschedule or apply your remaining balance to future services within 6 months.

Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to another project if no work has begun.

Digital products (like templates or downloads) are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery. If you’re unsure about a product, please reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to answer your questions.

Final project approval closes the design phase, so additional edits after that point may require an additional fee. If you need more help after the project wraps, just ask—we offer continued support and creative retainers.
